About

Hello, thank you for visiting my page!

Currently, I am in my fourth year of doctoral studies at Rice University, with a focus on industrial and organizational psychology. My research focuses on organizational behavior and work psychology.  Specifically, I am interested in the person and environmental factors that interact to foster performance, achievement, learning, and well-being. My interests include job and work design, and person-environment fit across the lifespan. I use multiple methodologies –  surveys, click data, archival data, interviews, and focus groups.

Previously, I have worked directly with employee populations such as health care workers (nurses), cyber officers in the Air Force, and engineering students. I am currently a researcher in the Adult Skills and Knowledge Lab, which is directed by Dr. Margaret Beier. You can learn more about our research at our lab website. In the future, my hope is to tackle today’s workplace challenges  through quality data analysis and policy research.
